Research Abstract

現在産業界で盛んに利用されている電磁誘導加熱では、加熱対象の周囲に交流磁界を発生させ電磁誘導によって誘導される渦電流によって加熱を行う。加熱対象とコイルの形状・配置などの設定によって渦電流の分布は複雑に変化するため、目的・状況に応じた適切な加熱装置の設計を行うのは一般に容易でない。本研究では、マルチフィジックス有限要素法に基づく誘導加熱設計ソフトウェアの開発を行い、金属加工を想定した誘導加熱装置の最適設計への応用を行った。
