Research Abstract

真空中で高電圧ないし高電界を用いる機器の絶縁設計に資するため、円筒型絶縁容器の内表面に生じる帯電現象を(1)陰極埋め込み型の静電プローブによる電界計測、(2)可動型静電プローブによる容器外部からの電荷分布の観測、および(3)計算機シミュレーションによる電荷分布の解析を行った.これらにより、容器内面の帯電現象を明らかにするとともに、特に電界緩和用に設けたシールドリングの帯電抑制効果を解明し、絶縁設計の指針を得た.
