Research Abstract

エポキシ樹脂の2次電子放出係数及び脱ガスと絶縁破壊電圧との関係を調べた結果、樹脂の2次電子放出係数はセラミックの約1/8であり、その絶対値は電子雪崩が生じにくい1以下であったが、破壊電圧はアルミナセラミックの半分以下であった。また、樹脂内の親水基を下げ、脱ガス量を低減することによって、樹脂の耐電圧を大幅に改替した。これらの結果は、エポキシ樹脂の沿面放電は樹脂の脱ガス量に強く依存することを示すものである。
