Research Abstract

本研究では、弾性表面波(SAW)方向性変換器を利用した複素係数フィルタとそれを利用した高周波信号処理を提案している。
まず、SAW方向性変換器をモデル化し、その妥当性と複素係数フィルタ動作を確認した。また、複数の変換器をずらして配置することにより、優れた複素係数フィルタが実現できることを明らかにした。
最後に、このSAW複素フィルタを利用した平衡増幅器について検討し、ほぼ理想的な特性が得られることを示した。
