Research Abstract |
有機ELに用いる陰極は通常、仕事関数の低い金属が有効とされている。この金属電極を、透明な電極に代えることで下側の基板方向からでなく、上部電極から光を取り出すことが可能になり、基板材料の選択の自由度や光取り出し面積が向上する。そこで、透明導電膜の作製プロセス中にアルカリ金属を加え、仕事関数が低く、かつ大気中で安定かつ電子注入性の高い透明導電膜を提案し、その有効性を示した。
