Research Abstract

高誘電率薄膜伝送線路を提案し、この伝送線路の基本伝送特性を解明するとともに、集積回路用導波路としての構成法とその設計指針を確立した。またミリ波・テラヘルツ波帯における伝送特性を理論・実験の両面から検討した結果、この導波構造は高誘電率材料の材料損失にかかわらず低損失性を保持することが明らかになり、超高周波帯における応用展開の基礎を与えることが出来た。
