Research Abstract

オンチップのソフトスイッチング型DC-DCコンバータの試作を目指して、DE級増幅器を用いた同期整流型DC-DCコンバータをスイッチング周波数500MHzで設計し、1.2umCM0Sルール上でレイアウト設計した。更にオンチップインダクタの損失削減を目的としてMEMSによるインダクタレイアウトを作成し、MEMSインダクタを試作した。E級増幅器の動作について解析を進めより高周波動作に向けた設計式の導出を進めた。
