Research Abstract

渦電流形変位センサの直線範囲の拡大のために、高透磁率と高抵抗率の両者をもつパーマロイ薄膜(80% Ni)を銅線の外周にめっきした磁性めっき線を製作した。このパーマロイ薄膜の初透磁率は200 程度であり、Fe 薄膜よりも2 倍も初透磁率が大きいことが分かった。また、銅線コイルの温度ドリフトの実測値と理論計算値との差は0.5%/FS 程度であり、実用上十分な解析精度があった。さらにFe 薄膜をもつ磁性めっき線コイルの温度ドリフト特性は銅線コイルとほぼ同程度であった
