Research Abstract

HF帯の高周波集束超音波を用いて、液体および生体軟組織における微小部分の音響非線形パラメータB/A値を測定する方法を提案した。本研究では、音源に2倍周波数も同時に送受できる分極反転型圧電板、ガウスビームを実現する星型電極を採用し、また固体音響窓で試料厚保を一定にできるようにして計測を簡易化している。さらに測定を自動化・高速化し、試料上で測定点をずらしながら連続的に測定して、B/A値のCモード画像化を達成できる見通しを得た。
