Research Abstract

砂が大変形したときの力学特性は、液状化災害を予測し対策を考える上で非常に重要である。三軸圧縮モードでの砂の大変形特性はこれまでに多くの研究者により実験的に調査されてきたが、通常の三軸せん断試験装置では、三軸伸張モードでの大変形試験が不可能であり、このことが現実の地盤内での一般的な応力・ひずみ条件での砂の液状化特性の解明を妨げてきた。そこで、本研究では供試体の均一性を担保して三軸伸張条件で大変形試験を可能とする新たな試験装置を開発した。
