| Research Abstract |
全国に4万店を超えるコンビニエンスストアが分布し, 多くの店舗が店内に設置されたトイレを24時間開放している。こうしたトイレの公共的利用が進んでいる現状に対して, トイレの施設計画や日常の維持管理計画は個々の店舗に委ねられている。本研究では, これらの計画を支援することを目的として利用実態の調査を行った。調査の結果, 一日の利用人数, 一時間の最大利用人数, 来店者の属性とトイレ利用率の関係等を明らかにした。
