| Research Abstract |
物質や材料においては、その特性は結晶方向に依存するため、結晶方向を揃える配向は有望な組織制御手法である。本課題においては、回転磁場と電気泳動堆積法(EDP)を用いた結晶配向制御プロセスを構築し、酸化亜鉛と窒化アルミニウムにおいて磁化困難軸であるc軸が配向した圧膜の作製に成功した。また、その配向が劣化する原因については、回転による溶媒の流れとEPDによる電気浸透流であると示唆されることを示した。
