Research Abstract

本研究は,電子・電気機器の配線材料として用いられてきた銅合金のさらなる高強度化,並びに高導電化の要求が高まることを背景として,既存の銅合金の特性を超える新たな合金開発を行う上で必須となる組織制御に関する基礎的知見を得ることを目的として実施した.本研究の成果の1つとして,未普及のCu-Co-Si合金が導電率特性において既存のコルソン(Cu-Ni-Si)合金を上回ることを明らかにし,実用化の可能性を見いだした.
