Research Abstract

金属Ti材料の表面凹凸化と各種TiO_2コーティング処理を組み合わせ, 骨伝導性に及ぼす相互作用について検討した. その結果, 表面粗さRaが0.1μm以下の極めて平滑な材料表面に, 乾式法に比べて湿式法(陽極酸化法)を用いてTiO_2コーティングした方が, 骨伝導性が著しく向上することを見出した. また陽極酸化法によるTiO_2コーティングに用いる水溶液種によっても骨伝導性が変化し, リン酸中において陽極酸化したTiO_2が高い骨伝導性を示した. さらにアナターゼとルチルの相違による骨伝導性への影響は認められなかった.
