| Research Abstract |
本研究は, 環境にやさしいBa系ペロブスカイト酸化物のナノ構造を制御することによる強磁性誘電体薄膜材料の創製およびその物性起源の解明を目指し, 室温強磁性を有するBa(Fe,Zr)O_3単結晶誘電体薄膜の物質開発に成功した.また, その強磁性磁気秩序の起源が, 基板と薄膜の格子定数の相違によるミスフィットに起因する歪場の形成に伴うFe^<4+>イオンの偏析にあることを明らかにした
