Research Abstract

金属材料の腐食を防止するためナノ粒子および有機修復剤を用いた複合型自己修復剤の開発を行った。ナノ粒子および有機修復剤が単独の場合の腐食抑制効果を把握した後に、複合化試験を行った。マグネシウム合金表面にチタニア粒子とカゼインからなる複合被膜を作製し、傷を入れて腐食試験を行ったところ、傷部に修復物質の移動が観察され、自己修復が発現することを見出した。アルミニウム合金にナノ粒子コンポジットコーティングを行い、チタニア粒子を3%添加した場合に、最も自己修復性に優れることが確認された。
