Research Abstract

一酸化炭素と水素からガソリンを製造するような反応は体積が減少する反応であり、このような反応を流動触媒層反応器で行うと、体積減少により非流動化が起きて安定な操作が不可能となる。本研究ではモデル反応として二酸化炭素の水素化反応を行い、安定な操作が行える方法について反応器モデルと実験によって検討した結果、一方の原料である二酸化炭素を2段に分割して供給することによって、非流動化を避けることができることを明らかにした上で、二段目の供給位置やガスの分割比について、最適な操作条件を明らかにした。
