Research Abstract

従来バイオマスとして扱われている焼酎蒸留粕を分離・精製し、有効成分(焼酎粕パウダー)を得た。この焼酎粕パウダーは、様々ながん細胞に対する抗腫瘍効果を示し、その抑制メカニズムはアポトーシスであることが示唆された。また、正常マウスへの尾静脈投与により、血中のIFN-γ産生量が増大し、免疫賦活効果を示した。さらに、悪性黒色腫細胞を用いた実験から、チロシナーゼ活性の抑制によりメラニン産生を抑え、美白化粧品への可能性が示された。
