| Research Abstract |
本研究では, 重力屈性と光屈性との干渉作用を利用した実験系を用いて単離された44系統の各突然変異体の突然変異原因遺伝子の同定を試みた. ラフマッピング, 塩基配列の比較, および相補性検定の結果から, 30系統はAUX1遺伝子に, 7系統はPIN2遺伝子に, 2系統はARG1 (Altered Response to Gravity1) 遺伝子に, 1系統はPGM (Phosphoglucomutase) 遺伝子に突然変異が生じていると考えられた. 今後, 突然変異遺伝子が未同定の4系統の突然変異遺伝子を同定することにより, 根に重力応答性を付与する新しい分子を同定できると期待される.
