Research Abstract |
ジベレリン(GA)受容体は、ジベレリンと結合すると抑制因子であるDELLAタンパク質(SLR1)と結合しSLR1を分解し、脱抑制させることがわかっている。本課題では、受容体とGAとの結合、SLR1との結合に関して、構造解析(X線構造解析)、in vitro、in vivoのレベルで解析を行い、その分子メカニズムを明らかにした。
