Research Abstract

尾索動物の複数ミトコンドリアゲノムの全塩基配列の決定を行い、一次配列とそれ以外の高次情報に基づいて分子系統解析を行い、尾索動物の進化経路を明らかにすることを試みた。5種の尾索動物ミトコンドリアゲノムの全塩基配列を決定し、そのゲノムの多様性(遺伝子構造、コードする遺伝子の種類等)を明らかにした。また、分子系統解析から、タリア綱とホヤ綱腸性目の近縁性を示唆した。
