| Research Abstract |
アレルギー疾患に関わるサイトカインであるヒトインターロイキン13(IL-13)とその受容体であるヒトIL-13受容体・鎖1(IL-13R・1)およびヒトIL-4受容体・鎖(IL-4R・)との活性状態における相互作用様式を明らかにするために、電気泳動、ゲル濾過および表面プラズモン共鳴測定法による相互作用解析を実施した。その結果、IL-13とIL-13R・1およびIL-4R・(いずれも細胞外領域)は1:1:1で結合していることを、その結合力と共に確認した。
