Research Abstract

EGF(上皮細胞増殖因子)受容体からの情報伝達経路は、正常な細胞の営みに欠かせないものであるが、一方でその破綻が細胞のがん化やがん悪性化につながることも明らかになっている。我々はEGF受容体からの情報伝達機構をより詳細に理解するために、プロテオミクス解析により同定したEGF刺激時に細胞内で機能する新規タンパク質の解析を行っている。本研究費により主に3種類の下記タンパク質の機能解析を行い、学術論文として発表することができた。
・新規ミトコンドリア指向性RNA顆粒形成タンパク質CLPABPの機能解析
・新規ペルオキシソーム特異的Lonプロテアーゼの機能解析
・新規Grb2結合タンパク質GAREMの機能解析
