Research Abstract

上皮増殖因子受容体のシグナル伝達において、脂質リン酸化酵素ジアシルグリセロールキナーゼ(DGK)δがどのような役割を果たしているかを解明するために、本研究ではDGKδとアダプター蛋白質RACK1(receptor for activated C kinase1)の結合の解析を行った。その結果、RACK1はII型のDGKアイソザイムに選択的に結合し、I型とは結合しないこと、また複数のDGKアイソザイムとRACK1の結合が細胞外刺激によりダイナミックに調節されていることが明らかになった。
