| Research Abstract |
我々は、2種類の蛋白質脱リン酸化酵素(PP1/セリンスレオニンプロテインホスファターゼ1型およびDUSP26)について、それらの酵素の働きを明らかにした。さらに癌における遺伝子レベルの異常を解明し、それらを指標とする新たな癌診断、およびそれらを標的にした抗癌剤の開発につながる重要な発見をした。これらの内容は、アメリカ生化学分子生物学会誌(JBC誌)、および英国ネイチャー出版の学術誌Oncogene誌で発表された。
