| Research Abstract |
小胞体は、分泌タンパク質や膜タンパク質の品質管理機能をもつ細胞小器官である。本研究では、小胞体がどのような仕組みで品質管理を行っているのかを分子レベルで解明することを目的とした。特に小胞体の過負荷で発現誘導されるHerp やDerlin に着目して解析した。その結果、小胞体では構成因子が異なる複数種のタンパク質複合体が品質管理を行っていることや、それらが小胞体の状態によってダイナミックに変化することがわかった。
