Research Abstract

細胞内の生体高分子(タンパク質やRNAなど)は、お互いに相互作用して働いている。生体高分子単体がどのような形をしているのかは、ずいぶん明らかにされてきたが、生体高分子のどの部分で相互作用するのか、また相互作用するとどのような形になるのかは、数少ない場合でしかわかっていない。本補助金研究では、相互作用部位と相互作用構造をコンピュータを用いて推定する方法の某礎研究を行い、それぞれにおいて新しい方法を開発することができた。
