Research Abstract

細胞の極性成長は、多種多様な分子が協調して働くことによって達成される複雑な生命活動であり、高度に組織化された分子間相互作用ネットワークによって成り立っている。近年、細胞の極性成長に関わる分子の解明は著しいが、多数の分子が協調している様を総合的にとらえるのは容易ではない。本研究では、多数の遺伝子を簡便な方法で解析できる糸状菌を利用し、細胞骨格関連分子を中心に、極性成長に関係する多数の分子たちが極性成長とどのように相互関係を有するのかを総合的な視点から解析した。
