Research Abstract

オートファジーの中心を担うオートファゴソームという細胞内小器官が発見されてから今日まで,オートファゴソームを単離してタンパク質組成や脂質組成を分析しようとする様々な試みがなされてきた.しかしながら今まではっきりとした報告はなかった.報告者は,本研究課題を通じてオートファゴソーム濃縮画分を得る方法を確立し,ショットガンプロテオミクスにより,オートファゴソーム内部に取り込まれるタンパク質を網羅的に同定することに成功した.
