Research Abstract

肝臓の胆管のチューブ構造は、様々な上皮系臓器に共通する組織構造である。本研究では、肝芽細胞と胆管上皮細胞の遺伝子発現を比較することで、胆管チューブ構造の形態形成を制御する分子の候補を得た。また、このような分子の機能を詳細に検討するために、in vitroにおいて肝前駆細胞から胆管様のチューブ構造を誘導する系を確立した。
