Research Abstract

70μMアブシジン酸を含む培地で発芽してきたミヤコグサの変異体、no12の詳細な表現型解析をおこなった。その結果、この変異体は野生型よりも有為に多くの根粒を形成し、個体当たりの窒素固定能は野生型の約2倍に達していた。次にこの変異体を野生型ミヤコグサMG20と交配し、F1世代およびF2世代の表現型を解析した。その結果、この変異の遺伝様式は不完全優勢であると考えられた。一方、同様の方法論をダイズに適用し選抜した変異系統の表現型解析をおこなった。その結果いくつかの系統において野性型と比較して有意に高い窒素固定活性を示した. これらの系統については, 佐賀大学農学部の圃場で生育調査を行った. 変異系統の中には野性型よりも種子の収量が高い系統もみられた.
