Research Abstract	ジャスモン酸の情報伝達によって誘導されるトマトのプロテアーゼ阻害遺伝子(PIN2)発現のプライミングに関与する遺伝子を探ることを目的として、トマトcDNAマイクロアレイによりメチルジャスモン酸で早期に誘導される遺伝子を探索した。転写因子とキナーゼに着目した結果、転写因子(様)が8遺伝子含まれることが判明した。また、キナーゼ(様)が8遺伝子存在した。特に転写因子のなかにはジャスモン酸処理により高い誘導を示すエチレン応答性の遺伝子が得られた
