Research Abstract

イネいもち病菌84R-62B菌株の余剰染色体(1.6Mb染色体)から非病原性遺伝子AvrPikのクローニングを計画した。1.6Mb染色体の特徴付けを実施し、他の非病原性遺伝子AvrPikpも座乗すること、さらに、本染色体は体細胞分裂時に消失変異が生じることを明らかにした。また、他の研究者によりクローニングされたAvrPik候補遺伝子を用いた検討の結果、本クローンがAvrPikであることを確認した。さらに、AvrPikのホモログとしてAvrPikmの同定に成功した。
