Research Abstract

土壌細菌Delftia sp. HT23 株からD-threo-3-hydroxyaspartate dehydratase を単離・精製した。 本酵素はD-threo-3-hydroxyaspartate に対して活性を示す酵素の初めての例である. 一方、Pseudomonas sp. T62 由来のL-threo-3-hydroxyaspartate dehydratase をコードする遺伝子をクローニングして、その遺伝子産物を大腸菌内で発現させた。
