Research Abstract

若い細胞と老化細胞の間での発現の違いをもとに新奇細胞老化関連因子の同定を行った。本因子群は、細胞老化の進行時ばかりでなく、糖尿病患者由来組織においても高発現しており、新たな加齢性疾患発症を制御しうる因子と考えられた。また細胞老化を規定する因子を含むものであることも明らかになった。さらに、細胞老化因子として同定したTAK1を中心とした細胞老化プログラムのネットワークを明らかにした。
