| Research Abstract |
腸管には膨大な数の腸内共生菌が生息する一方で、有害な病原微生物の排除を行う免疫グロブリンA(IgA)産生が調節されている。本研究は,マウスの腸内共生菌の優性菌であるBacteroidesとLactobacillusに注目し、IgA産生がどのように調節されているのかを細胞分子生物学的な手法によって解析した。その結果、BacteroidesがIgA産生細胞への分化を強く誘導する機構が明らかになった。
