Research Abstract

日本海におけるガンギエイとドブカスベの分布特性を調べ、東京海底谷の軟骨魚類相の調査結果と併せて、それぞれの海域の底生群集構造を比較した.また、ガンギエイとドブカスベの胃内容物調査による定性的および定量的な食性分析、炭素・窒素の安定同位対比を用いて食地位を明らかにした.さらに、ガンギエイとドブカスベの年齢と成長を求め、成熟の大きさから成熟年齢を算出すると同時に、軟骨魚類の様々な種類で年齢査定法を開発した.
