Research Abstract

好気的変敗(発酵飼料が開封後に腐敗すること)が起こりにくいTMRサイレージ(発酵混合飼料)の細菌群集を解析して、変敗防止能をもつホモ発酵型乳酸菌の探索と作用幾序の解明を試みた。培養法およびPCR-DGGEによる調査結果から、L. delbrueckii、P. acidilactici、S. bovis、L. paracasei、L. plantarumを候補細菌としてリストアップし、牧草への添加試験によってP.acidilacticiに変敗抑制効果があることを確認した。
