Research Abstract

摂食行動調節と生理活性物質との関係から情動状態の把握の可能性を検討した。その結果、間脳遺伝子発現量および血液性状の変化からストレス刺激の種類あるいはその強度を評価できること、終脳ドーパミン濃度の左右差が情動指標となる可能性が示唆された。また、これら変化と行動等表現型との関係がさらに明らかになった場合は家畜のストレス状態の評価が容易になるものと考えられた。
