| Research Abstract |
サルソリノール(Salsolinol : SAL)が反芻家畜のプロラクチン(PRL)分泌に及ぼす影響についてin vivo及びin vitroで検討した。その結果、SALは生体内で反芻家畜のPRL分泌に関係する生理的な放出因子であることが初めて明らかになった。またSALは主として視床下部を介してPRLを放出させること、さらに甲状腺刺激ホルモン放出ホルモンやドーパミンと相互的に作用してPRLの分泌を修飾することが明らかになった。
