Research Abstract

(1)ニワトリ腫瘍壊死因子様リガンド1A(TL1A)は炎症反応において、哺乳動物腫瘍壊死因子(TNF)-αと同等の作用を有することを明らかにした。
(2)鶏TL1Aは哺乳動物TNFと類似した情報伝達機構により種々の作用を表すことを明らかにした。
(3)飼料中グリシン含量の増加によりTL1A及びその他の前炎症サイトカイン発現を調節できることを示した。
