Research Abstract |
エキノコックス終宿主動物の感染早期(感染後約4週間の虫卵排出前期)において宿主糞便中に排出されるエキノコックスDNAのPCR検出法を開発した。高感度プライマーの設計, PCR粗阻害物質除去などDNA抽出法や反応条散発的であったが, 宿主を駆虫して得られる駆虫後糞便を検査することによりDNA検出率件を最適化し, その信頼性を検証したところ, 感染早期ではDNA検出率は26~73%とは100%となった。
