| Research Abstract |
本研究は、免疫担当細胞への抗原搬送能に優れるリポソームにpH感受性膜融合能を持たせ、牛クリプトスポリジウム感染症予防に効果的なpH感受性膜融合リポソームワクチンの開発を目指した基礎的研究を目的として行われた。その結果、pH感受性膜融合リポソームは、クリプトスポリジウム抗原に対して高い免疫誘導能を持つことが明らかとなり、牛クリプトスポリジウム症に対するリポソームワクチン開発の可能性が示された。
