Research Abstract |
鳥類や家畜のボツリヌス症由来菌の産生する「C・Dモザイク」毒素の特徴について、毒性と抗原性状を典型的なC型およびD型神経毒素と比較することにより明らかにした。特に最近、本邦で散発的に発生している牛ボツリヌス症由来菌について疫学的解析を行うとともに毒素の免疫学的手法を用いた迅速な特異検出方法の確立を試みた。
