| Research Abstract |
分娩後、牛の生殖器を検査し、発情を同期化した。人工授精(AI)後、早期の妊娠診断を行い、非妊娠牛に対しは再度同期化を行った。材料として、宮崎市内の乳牛137頭を用い、ホルモン処置法で3群に分けた。AI後31日に妊娠診断を行い、非妊娠牛ではホルモン処置による再同期化を行った。その結果、57%で卵巣に黄体がみられ、妊娠率は28.0%~40%であった。分娩後プロジェステロン製剤CIDRの利用で、空胎期間の短縮が認められ、非妊娠牛も再同期化を行うことで、2カ月以内に53.8%が受胎した。
