Research Abstract

天然物をリード化合物として開発された医薬品には数多くのものが存在し、ゲノム創薬が注目を集める現在でも関連の研究は新規医薬品開発において未だに重要な一分野と考えられている。また、医薬品には窒素原子を含むものが多く見られ、古来より含窒素天然物であるアルカロイドは医薬品開発における貴重な宝庫となっている。従って生理活性アルカロイドの効率的な合成法の開発は必須の研究課題であり、本研究はそれを目指して行った結果、多くの有用な知見を得るに到ったものである。
