Research Abstract

肝臓表面からの吸収を利用して、抗癌薬や遺伝子の精密な肝臓内挙動を可能とする肝臓表面投与製剤の開発のための基礎的段階として、抗癌薬5-fluorouracilや高分子化合物FITC-dextranをモデルとして、肝血流や吸収促進剤の薬物の肝臓内動態に及ぼす効果、さらに癌モデル動物での動態や遺伝子治療に対する基礎知見を明らかにした。特に、血流を抑えることにより、肝臓内局所への薬物分布を高められることを証明した。
