Research Abstract

マウスを用いた実験的腎不全モデルを作成して、レニンーアンジオテンシン系および関連因子の病態生理学的役割の解明を行った。Cisplatin 投与により、血中BUN、クレアチニン値などの生化学的指標、腎組織切片の病理学的指標から尿細管壊死を中心とした腎不全を確認した。この時、腎組織のCOX-2、TGF-βなどの炎症性因子のmRNA レベルの上昇が見られるとともに、Rho の活性化が観察され、その役割が注目された。
