| Research Abstract |
本研究は免疫アジュバントとして期待されるCpG-oligo-deoxynucleotide(CpG-ODN) の粘膜免疫アジュバントとしての有用性を検討したものであり, CpG-ODNとリポソーム複合体は安全で有用な粘膜ワクチンアジュバントとして期待できることを明らかとした.また, 抗原特異的IgA の誘導にIL-6が重要なサイトカインとして機能しており, その産生にキャリアーとして用いたリポソームの構成脂質の一つであるDC-Chol が深くかかわっていることを明らかとした.
