Research Abstract

L1CAM がL1CAM同士のホモフィリック結合によりK63 を介した結合様式のポリUb 化が促進され、Ub 化がL1CAM のエンドサイトーシスにおいて最も重要な最初のプロセスである可能性を示したことである。さらにL1CAM はリソゾーム分解系を介して分解されていることも初めて示した。この膜タンパク質のUb 化と細胞内輸送機構は、スモールG タンパク質のGDP-GTP 交換反応(GEF 活性)によって制御されている可能性を示唆した。
